Return Policy

Below is our returns scenario cards. Should the unfortunate event of having to return one of our products occurs; each card holds the time frame you have, and whether your situation is return/refundable.

30 days of product delivery under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be undamaged.
The item(s) must be unworn.
The item(s) are unused with tags still attached within.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective items:

All claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Lost in Transit:

All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Unclaimed:

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Wrong Size/Wrong Address:

You would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.
It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct address. We will ship your order to the address on file for shipping.
- You will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment if the need arises.

Buyers Remorse:

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

**However, if you haven't worn, removed any tags, or used the item. You can return it within 30 days of product delivery as stated in card 1.

Free: indicates a no charge easy return.

You pay: indicates a return situation you'd be liable for.

N/A: indicates no return/refund accepted for that situation.

Product Pending: *only applicable to EU customers, indicates a by product decision whether the item is returnable or not (ie: personalized or health concern).
